Take Action
(Sentence summarizing the issues birds face with a link to the Issue Birds Face web page)
For more than 40 years we have conducted research and done outreach to educate the community about brds and habitats. Through our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, we aim to inspire communities to ACT to protect birds and promote sustainability. To do this, we are building upon our current suite of communications and youth and ault-education programs to serve more diverse communities, deepen their engagement with our organization, and challenge them to TAKE ACTION to promote sustainability and then share their Stories of Impact with our community. Suggested examples of Actions are in the box at the right, and people can share their stories with us through writing, photography, or videos which we will use to inspire others to act for birds through our newsletter Wingbeat, on our blog, on our social media, and with our supporters. (add links to Blog and News pages and social media platforms) Together, we will help birds be resilient in the face of climate change, habitat loss, and other issues.
